Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Nature of our offerings

Agentora Technologies Private Limited (“Agentora”, “we”, “us”) provides professional services and digital deliverables — AI readiness assessments, Discovery Workshops, AI transformation roadmaps, reports, and related consulting services.

We do not sell or ship physical goods. No courier or postal delivery is involved in any purchase, and no shipping charges apply. Consequently, exchanges of physical products do not arise; concerns about deliverables are handled as described in section 4.

2. How services are delivered

All deliverables are provided electronically — by email to the address you provide at booking, and/or through secure links to the Agentora platform.

Workshops and consultations are conducted online (video conference) or on-site at your premises, as agreed at the time of booking.

3. Delivery timelines

Free AI Readiness Assessment: results are generated on the website immediately upon completion, typically within minutes.

Discovery Workshop reports and roadmaps: delivered within 5 business days of the workshop's completion and receipt of all stakeholder inputs, unless a different timeline is agreed in writing.

Other engagements: timelines are specified in the applicable proposal or statement of work.

If we anticipate a delay, we will inform you by email with a revised delivery date.

4. Failed or incorrect delivery

If you do not receive a deliverable within the stated timeline, or a delivered file is inaccessible or incorrect, contact support@agentora.in and we will re-issue it promptly at no charge.

If a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, our Cancellation and Refund Policy (www.agentora.in/refund-policy) describes how we correct, re-issue, or refund it.
