How is the Discovery Workshop priced?
Usage-based: a fixed facilitation and report fee, plus a per-stakeholder and per-document charge. You invite your team, they respond and upload documents, and then you see the exact total before you pay — no open-ended billing.
What's the difference between the SMB, Enterprise, and International plans?
SMB is for small and mid-sized Indian businesses (billed in INR). Enterprise is for large Indian organizations with more stakeholders and deeper governance coverage (also INR). International is for clients outside India, billed in USD. The deliverable — a scored AI Transformation Roadmap — is the same; the rate card and currency differ by segment.
Is there a free option?
Yes — the AI Readiness Assessment is free and gives you a directional score in about ten minutes. The Discovery Workshop is the paid, in-depth version with a facilitator and a full, human-reviewed report.
Does the price include building or implementing the solution?
The Discovery Workshop price covers the scored AI Transformation Roadmap. Delivery — a client-selected cloud setup, development plan, and tracked rollout — is a separate phase, scoped and quoted from your approved roadmap. Agentora's Implementation Blueprint sizes the services, microservices, and effort so the build is priced from your own architecture, not a rough guess.
Can we unlock delivery pieces individually?
Yes. The build-side deliverables — Architecture, Delivery, and your Website & customer channels — are one-time unlocks you buy independently from your portal, in any order. This is separate from the Discovery Workshop pricing above: you only pay for the components you choose to unlock, when you choose to unlock them.
What if we don't have a website or systems yet?
Agentora's Digitize-from-Zero track can generate and host a website for you from a short business profile, with built-in WhatsApp, web-form, and email channels that capture every enquiry as a lead in your portal. It's aimed at businesses starting from scratch and unlocks as a component, rather than being part of the Discovery Workshop fee.
Do I pay upfront?
No. You invite your team first at no charge; payment comes only after everyone has responded and the cost is calculated. Larger invoices are collected as installments, or you can pay by bank transfer.
How do clients outside India pay?
International clients are billed in USD and can pay by international card, or by local bank transfer in USD (ACH), EUR (SEPA), GBP (FPS/BACS), CAD (EFT), AUD (NPP/BECS), or DKK — with SWIFT available for every other currency. Bank details are provided on your invoice.
