We don't count hours at a desk. We count shipped work, solved problems, and clients who got what they came for.

Written communication first, meetings only when a conversation genuinely beats a document. Deep work is protected, not scheduled around.
Ownership from day one
We're early-stage. Everyone who joins owns real problems end to end — there is no layer between you and the outcome.
