Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to paid services purchased from Agentora Technologies Private Limited, Plot No 540, Vijayraj Nagar, Bhavnagar – 364003, Gujarat, India (“Agentora”, “we”, “us”) — including Discovery Workshops and other fixed-price engagements booked through www.agentora.in or agreed in writing.

The free AI Readiness Assessment involves no payment and is not covered by this policy. Where a separate written engagement agreement specifies different cancellation terms, that agreement prevails.

2. Cancellation by you

Seven (7) or more days before the scheduled workshop or engagement start date: you may cancel for a full refund, or reschedule at no charge.

Less than 7 days before the start date: you may reschedule once at no charge, or cancel for a refund of 50% of the fees paid — reflecting preparation work already performed.

After the workshop has been conducted or the engagement has started: fees are non-refundable, except as described in section 4 below.

To cancel or reschedule, email support@agentora.in from the email address used at booking, quoting your order or invoice reference.

3. Cancellation by us

If Agentora cancels a workshop or engagement for any reason and you do not wish to reschedule, you receive a full refund of all fees paid for the cancelled service.

4. Deliverable concerns

If a delivered report or roadmap does not match the agreed scope, notify us at support@agentora.in within seven (7) days of delivery. We will first correct and re-issue the deliverable. If we cannot remedy a material shortfall against the agreed scope, we will refund the fees for the affected deliverable.

5. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the amount may take additional time to reflect in your account.

Refunds are made in the currency of the original payment. Taxes charged on the refunded amount are refunded in accordance with applicable GST rules.
