Contact form: your name, work email address, company name, the topic you are interested in, and any message you choose to include.

AI Readiness Assessment and Discovery Workshop: responses you or your team provide about your organisation's data, technology, governance, and people practices, together with the contact details of participants.

Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) needed to operate and secure the website.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.

3. Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiries and provide the services you request — including generating assessment results and transformation roadmaps.

To operate, secure, and improve this website.

To send you service-related communications. We only send marketing communications if you ask for them, and you can opt out at any time.

Our legal basis for processing is your consent, given when you submit a form, and the legitimate uses recognised by the DPDP Act.

4. Where your data lives and who sees it

Your data is stored on reputable cloud infrastructure providers engaged under appropriate contractual safeguards. Form submissions are delivered to us by email through a transactional email provider.

We share personal data only with these service providers, and only to the extent needed to run the website and deliver our services. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Under the DPDP Act you may: access a summary of the personal data we hold about you; ask us to correct or complete it; ask us to erase it; nominate a person to exercise your rights on your behalf; and raise a grievance about how we have handled it.
