Delete your data

The quickest way

If you use the AI Personal Assistant, you can delete everything yourself, immediately, without asking us.

1. 1.Sign in at www.agentora.in/assistant.
2. 2.Open the Overview tab and scroll to “Delete my data”.
3. 3.Confirm. The deletion happens straight away — there is no queue and no waiting period.

What that removes

Your profile, including your date of birth, birth time and place, your qualifications, work history, goals, financial context, health context, habits, and everything else you entered.

Every growth plan generated for you, in every language, along with the traditional-guidance readings inside them.

Every morning brief written about you, and any brief still queued to be written.

Your learning library and the progress recorded against it — what you started, finished, and marked as used.

The history of earlier versions of your profile, which we keep so a plan can say what changed since last time.

Our record of emails we sent you, including your address and the subject lines.

Any plan or brief still being generated is deleted too, so nothing can be written back to an account after you have asked to be forgotten.

If you only used WhatsApp

You do not need an account to stop us holding anything about you.

Send STOP to our WhatsApp number. That removes your number from our records and we will not message you again.

Messages you forward for an email draft are not stored at all. They are processed, the draft is sent back to you, and the text is discarded — we keep only the fact that a draft was made, so we can count usage and apply limits. Voice notes work the same way: the audio is transcribed, the draft is returned, and neither the audio nor the transcript is kept.

If you were part of an organisation's assessment

Assessment and discovery responses belong to the organisation that commissioned the work, not to us, so we cannot delete them on an individual's instruction alone.

Write to us at the address below and we will pass the request to that organisation and act on their instruction. Tell us which organisation and roughly when you took part, so we can find the right record.

By email, for anything else

Write to joshi.samir.d@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data”.

Send it from the address you signed up with, or tell us the WhatsApp number you used, so we can be sure we are deleting the right person's data and not somebody else's.

We will confirm within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days, as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 requires.

What we keep, and why

Two things survive a deletion request, and both are deliberate.

If you have ever told us not to email you — by unsubscribing, or because your address hard-bounced — we keep that instruction. Erasing it would let us start emailing you again the moment your address reappeared, which is the exact harm the record prevents. It holds nothing but the address and the fact that we must not use it.

Records of generation attempts are kept without your identity attached. The link to you is removed, which is what makes them no longer personal data, but the anonymous rows remain so that our own capacity limits still count correctly.

We may also keep what the law requires us to keep, such as records relating to payments, for as long as it requires.
